How do you get out of transport mode if it wont say hello when you hit zero? Doran Scales, Inc. DS5250 Eye Level Digital Physicians Scale, with Integrated Height Rod, 600x0.2lb (270x0.1kg), Internal Rechargeable Battery , each
The scale was assembled, but we have never been able to get it to say "hello" when trying to remove it from battery transport mode, so the scale will not weigh anything. We also cannot get it to say "hello" no matter how many times we've tried pressing and holding the ZERO button for 5 seconds or longer.
