Based on Masimo's documentation, part number 9738 is the standard Rad-97 Pulse CO-Oximeter kit. Masimo lists Eve™ Newborn Screening Application as an optional/upgradable feature, rather than a standard feature of every Rad-97 unit.
So, I would not assume that the 9738 kit includes Eve software unless the seller/manufacturer specifically confirms that the particular unit is configured with Eve.
